At DealTranslator, we are committed to delivering translation services of the highest quality. We understand that your satisfaction is essential to our business, and we have designed this refund policy to be fair, transparent, and protective of your interests as our client.
This Refund Policy applies to all translation and localization services purchased through our website (dealtranslator.com) or through direct engagement with our team. Please read this policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.
If you are not satisfied with the quality of a delivered translation, we offer the following resolution process. First, you must notify us in writing within 14 calendar days of delivery, clearly describing the specific quality issues you have identified with concrete examples. Our quality team will review your feedback against the original brief and industry quality standards within 3 business days.
If valid quality issues are confirmed, we will provide a complimentary revision to address the identified problems. If after revision the translation still does not meet the agreed specifications, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund as described below.
A full refund will be provided in the following circumstances: if we fail to deliver the translation within a guaranteed deadline (where a guaranteed deadline was explicitly agreed in writing), if the delivered translation is in the wrong language pair, or if we are unable to complete the project after accepting your order and receiving payment.
A partial refund may be provided when the delivered translation contains significant quality issues that cannot be resolved through revision, when only a portion of a multi-document order meets the agreed quality standards, or when a service was partially delivered due to circumstances beyond reasonable control. The amount of any partial refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis, taking into account the nature and extent of the issues identified and the proportion of the work that meets acceptable quality standards.
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations: subjective style preferences that differ from the translation delivered (when the translation is linguistically accurate and appropriate), requests made more than 14 days after delivery, changes to the source material or project brief after work has commenced, dissatisfaction with the translation of content that was ambiguous or unclear in the source language without prior clarification, or projects where the client has already used or published the delivered translation.
If you wish to cancel an order before delivery, the following terms apply. Cancellation before work commences receives a full refund. Cancellation after work has commenced but before completion receives a refund minus the cost of work already completed, calculated proportionally based on the percentage of the project completed at the time of cancellation. The applicable cancellation fee will be communicated to you before the cancellation is processed, and you will have the opportunity to proceed with or withdraw the cancellation request.
To request a refund, please contact us at support@dealtranslator.com with your order reference number and a detailed description of the reason for your refund request. Our team will acknowledge your request within 1 business day and provide a resolution within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method via Stripe. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your payment provider.
