By accessing our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you confirm that you accept these Terms and agree to comply with them. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services. We recommend that you print or save a copy of these Terms for your records.
DealTranslator provides professional translation, localization, interpretation, and related linguistic services. All services are delivered digitally unless otherwise specified (for example, certified hard-copy documents sent by courier). Our services include but are not limited to document translation, website localization, legal and certified translation, technical translation, and interpretation services.
Service descriptions on our website are provided for general information purposes. The specific scope, timeline, and pricing for each project are confirmed in the order confirmation or project proposal provided before work commences.
Orders may be placed through our website, by email, or through your dedicated account manager. All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (EUR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed.
Payment is processed securely through Stripe. By providing your payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method. Payment is due at the time of order placement unless alternative payment terms have been agreed in writing. For large projects, we may require a deposit before work commences, with the balance due upon delivery.
All prices are calculated based on the volume, language pair, specialization, and turnaround time of each project. The prices shown on our pricing page represent standard packages; custom projects are quoted individually based on specific requirements.
All translations are delivered digitally via email or through our secure file transfer system in the agreed file format. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order confirmation and we make every reasonable effort to meet them. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless explicitly stated as a guaranteed deadline in our project proposal.
Delivery is considered complete when the translated document is made available to you via email or our file transfer system. For certified translations requiring physical documents, delivery is complete when the documents are handed to the courier service for shipping.
We are committed to delivering translations of the highest quality. All translations undergo our multi-stage quality assurance process. If you believe a delivered translation contains errors or does not meet the agreed specifications, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of delivery, providing specific details of the issues identified.
We will review your feedback and, where valid concerns are identified, provide revisions at no additional cost. Revisions are limited to correcting errors, inaccuracies, or deviations from the agreed brief. Requests to change style preferences, terminology choices, or other subjective elements after delivery may be subject to additional charges.
You retain all intellectual property rights in the source materials you provide to us. Upon full payment, you receive full ownership of the translated content delivered to you. We retain no rights to use, distribute, or reproduce your translated content for any purpose other than fulfilling your order and maintaining quality records.
We retain ownership of any translation memories, glossaries, and other linguistic assets created during the course of our work, unless otherwise agreed in writing. These assets may be used to improve consistency and efficiency in future projects for you.
We treat all client materials with strict confidentiality. All employees and subcontractors involved in your project are bound by non-disclosure agreements. We will not disclose, share, or use your confidential information for any purpose other than providing the agreed services. Source documents and translations are securely deleted 90 days after project completion unless you request otherwise or ongoing retention is agreed.
Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, pandemic, strikes, government actions, power failures, or internet disruptions.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of France. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, without prejudice to your rights as a consumer under applicable EU consumer protection legislation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website and will take effect immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms. For significant changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify existing clients by email.
